KODAK Acquisition Module

The KODAK Acquisition Module (KAM) provides the necessary link between your x-ray equipment and PC or practice network. By communicating with your practice management software's scheduler, the Acquisition Module allows you to quickly capture images for patients who are already in the office and need x-rays now. You can even access patients scheduled earlier and later in the day.

Increase overall productivity and promote a faster workflow with the KODAK Acquisition Module. Available as a free download, it's the quick and easy way to immediately capture images for patients who are already in the office.

Designed for workstations used solely for x-ray capture, the Acquisition Module is easy to learn and even easier to use. Simply select a patient, choose an image type and you're ready to go. Anyone in your office can use it and it's compatible with both traditional and touch-screen controls.

The Acquisition Module supports centrally-located KODAK acquisition devices. It requires one of the following:

  • KODAK CR7400 Digital Radiography System
  • TROPHY RVG UI (PCI and USB)
  • KODAK RVG 5000/5100/6000/6100 Digital Radiography Systems
  • TROPHY STV Intraoral Video Camera
  • TROPHY STV Pro Intraoral Video Camera
  • TROPHY STV Pro 2 Intraoral Video Camera
  • KODAK 1000 Intraoral Video Camera

The Acquisition Module integrates seamlessly with our premier practice management and imaging software. It requires one of the following supported practice management systems:

  • KODAK SOFTDENT Software, version 11.0.8 and later
  • KODAK PRACTICEWORKS Software, version 7.0.0 and later
  • KODAK ORTHOTRAC Software, version 10.0 and later
  • KODAK WINOMS CS Software, version 7.0 and later

KODAK Acquisition Module also requires the following imaging application:

  • KODAK Dental Imaging Software, version 6.1.7 and later
  • KODAK Orthodontic Imaging Software, version 9.0.3 and later
  • KODAK OMS Imaging Software, version 9.0.3 and later
